It was a pleasure for PJ Stormonth Builders to build this award-winning home in Isle of Capri, Gold Coast.

Designed by Hamilton Hayes Henderson Architects, it features solid blackwood floors, a lap pool and an abundance of glass to make the most of the water-front aspect.

The bottom floor features large spacious living and dining areas, a modern contemporary kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows which show of the wrap-around lap pool and the canal to the back of the property.

The blackwood floors continue up the custom blackwood staircase to the large bedrooms and further living area.
